Boring
I have only been there a month and my car got broken into already. They took all my work tools. There is no security and the exit gate is always open. They even offer assigned parking I thought my car would be safe right behind my bedroom window, but it is not.
Did not have a working toilet, bathtub, or washer connection for almost an entire month due to sewage backing up into my apartment. We had no hot water for over a month combined between January 1st and the 2nd week of February. I had to have my door knob fixed on the back door, and within 2 days, it pulled off and had to be taped together. This was not due to hard pulling, only regular in and out use. Just moved in, and so far so good. Love the apartment and location. Neighborhood seems quiet and neighbors seem nice also.
