They always would tell me the cost of different tests/treatments and explain the pros and cons before doing anything, so I could decide. I liked the more alternative approach. I also got many follow up calls by the vet or a tech after a visit to report and explain lab results or check on how my cat was doing, and offer advice. I called today to make my dogs an appointment and was told we weren’t in the system when we been there before they said they call back and never did.
The best vet I have ever been to. They really truly care about the wellbeing of your animals and aren’t just focused on getting paid.
This is the best vet clinic I’ve ever been to. The staff is so kind and they really care about your animals. I’ve started taking my pets to Dr. Basham and I will continue to go to her from now on. My cats are finally getting better after previous vets misdiagnosed them, because of her and her knowledge. I am very appreciative and grateful.
One star... Our cat was hit by a car right up the road from them. We called with an emergency and they refused to help. Their lack of compassion is very upsetting and we won’t recommend them to anyone
Can’t say enough good things! Love the fact that they offer both traditional and holistic medicine which is important for me and my dog. Great atmosphere, attentive staff and Drs. And always consistent follow up after appointments! Thank you guys for helping Oliver become healthy and vibrant again!
Chelsea animal hospital is like extended family. They are so kind to owners and pets.Dr Basham,Dr, Carol and Dr. Black are all professional as well as all of the Vet Techs. If I have a sick pet, they get me in that day and I find their prices well worth it. Many of my friends take their pets here due to the caring service. Pets are relaxed I had 2 pets fall asleep during a vet visit.Thank You
