Stood me up
When I discovered this spot, I was excited after reading the reviews. However, I was very disappointed to see an owner's response strongly dismissing a potential deaf customer. The owner hanging up on a deaf customer is a major NO-GO for me, as I am deaf myself and don't want to support such behavior with my money. If you value owners who are culturally sensitive and demonstrate cultural competency, I suggest looking elsewhere. Reminder: Rochester has the highest per capita deaf population in the USA.
