Wonderful office. All the staff are polite, friendly and patient.The equipment is up to date and clean. The automated appointment system is fantastic and includes calendar links and reminders. Dr. Lahey is the best. I don't want to go anywhere else.

Dr. Seghal is wonderful. She understands my issues and reassures me each time I meet with her. Her staff is excellent, very focused on customer service. Can’t say enough about the entire practice.

Very poor business ethics. I was sold brand-name glasses that were advertised as top-of-the-line, but they turned out to be low quality. The screws frequently needed tightening. After I complained, I was given a cheaper replacement, yet I was still charged despite having already paid a significant amount upfront. To make matters worse, the remaining balance was sent to collections after I called the office to try and resolve it. This has been one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had with any practice.

Dr. Sehgal let me take my time to test out my new contacts outside during the appointment to make sure I was comfortable, which I appreciated. Everyone is friendly from Angelina at the front to the Dr. Would recommend 💯

I have always had a great experience at Chelmsford Optometric Associates. And my Neurolens glasses have been life-changing. I threw away all my cheater glasses as I can read better with the one and only one pair of glasses I wear all day. While they were not cheap, I’m entering my third year with the same pair.
