Excellent customer service by Miranda at the reception, she was very warm and friendly. Helen made out mornings joyful and warm, at the restaurant. Clean and very spacious rooms. We fell in love with the town and this hotel that we extended our stay. Definitely want to come back.
It's a very comfortable hotel ,very friendly staff, highly Recomended AAA
Nice place. Although I kept managing to inadvertantly get stuck in a bathroom stall a bunch over the course of the weekend I spent there. Rumour says they're going to renovate the bathrooms soon, though. Stairs up to the mezzanine level are Gorgeous, so I packed a fancy dress to get some photos. Was there for an anime convention, which is why most of my photos include people in cool costumes. Very nice space, and the rooms are spacious and comfy.
