Great food and excellent service! My order has always been correct and it's always fast! I have never been disappointed!
LOVE THE FOOD BUT THE SERVICE SUCKS!! EVERY TIME WE GO THERE OUR ORDER IS WRONG..HAVE TO ASK FOR SOMETHING 5 OR 6 TIMES THEN IF YOU GET IT YOUR LUCKY! THIS IS NOT A 1 TIME PROBLEM IT HAS HAPPENED TO US 6 OR 7 TIMES......AGAIN I LOVE THE FOOD
After leaving a cash tip of $5.00 on a bill of $30.82 Chelinos charged a tip to my credit card. I wrote on the receipt cash tip left and authorized a charge of $30.82. The service and food were horrible and the manager was extremely rude when I called to have the unauthorized tip removed. They waited until after I left to charge the additional tip. This is fraud and it is not legal. I suggest you use cash only if you must eat at this establishment.
I like this Chelinos the best of the entire chain. I like the cheese dip and salsa. They include the chips and dip if you order a meal. It is a great place to eat. It is also a bit more reasonable on the price than some other chains. It is a place that I will go back to.
Good food, fast service. Now even better with their anti-gun signs removed. I recommend.
the food is great but they charge for everything I got the salsa especial and they want to charge me extra for the chips 3 dollars to be exact and when I ordered fajitas for 2 they. charge me xtr for tortillas
service was so sweet and the food was AMAZING. so great.
