Yes, they always put customers first Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Yes, I'm going tell everyone about them. I absolutely love this place! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

I am completely let down with this practice/doctor. After 4 years in his care I was blown off not once or twice, but three times. I have been loyal and compliant with treatment. I never missed the four yearly appointments he has me in for every three months!! In regard to medication refills and a reschedule of an appointment i have been completely disregarded, by him and his staff. Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Yes Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
