As a Realtor, I had the pleasure of helping my client purchase a Cheldan home. The home was nearly complete when we went under contract, yet Chad was still willing to accommodate a few customization requests to ensure it met my client’s needs. What truly sets Chad apart is his exceptional attention to detail and genuine commitment to delivering a quality home. It’s rare to find a builder who cares so deeply about every aspect of the finished product and strives for perfection with every client. Even after closing, Chad conti... read more
As a Realtor, I truly appreciate working with builders who prioritize quality, communication, and doing the right thing—and Cheldan Homes exceeded my expectations. We had an excellent experience buying our home with Cheldan Homes! From start to finish, everyone we encountered was professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. They made the entire process smooth and stress free. We worked most closely with Nicole, Chad, and Jen, and they were absolutely amazing. They were always available to answer our questions, kept us informed every step of the way, and truly made us feel valued throughout the entire process. What has impressed us the most is that even after closing on our home, C... read more
We were buying from a distance and Cheldan Homes worked great with our realtor and us. Communication, honesty and compassion was at the top of the list. We couldn't have asked for a smoother process of getting into a brand new home. We have been here just short of a month and we love our home and all it offers for our family. The quality, details and price are a bonus.
We bought an almost-completed home from Cheldan in 2024 and have had a good experience with Cheldan. There were a few minor issues after moving in (low quality range installed, some exterior drainage issues) but Chad and the Cheldon team were very responsive and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the resolutions to our issues.
