We were buying from a distance and Cheldan Homes worked great with our realtor and us. Communication, honesty and compassion was at the top of the list. We couldn't have asked for a smoother process of getting into a brand new home. We have been here just short of a month and we love our home and all it offers for our family. The quality, details and price are a bonus.
We bought an almost-completed home from Cheldan in 2024 and have had a good experience with Cheldan. There were a few minor issues after moving in (low quality range installed, some exterior drainage issues) but Chad and the Cheldon team were very responsive and wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the resolutions to our issues.
Fantastic experience with Cheldan. We are 2 years since we purchased and the house is great. Chad has been awesome in staying connected with us and still if he sees us out and about he checks in with us and how we are doing.
