If I could give it zero stars I would. This has been an ongoing issue for 4+ years. We have proof of us emailing them about the issue. Only thing they do is come once in a while take pictures & say “We will be back next week.” They have 2 copies of the keys & have verbally allowed them to come in if no one is home so they can fix. I’ve tried calling the owners of the actual apartments & they never got back to me. Yet they have the audacity to increase rent when we can’t use what we pay for. DON’T move here!! Someone fell thru our master bathroom ceiling over 6 years ago and the ceiling still hasn’t been fixed. Also, there is horrible issues with the piping which CONSTANTLY causes leaks, so our guest bathroom ceiling has been coming apart and molding for about 5 years now. Maintenance doesn’t care to fix anything. Our heater hasn’t worked for months. They continue to raise the rent yearly, but they can’t do basic maintenance.
