My mother went in the dental office for a quick check up a few days ago and left upset and in pain. She said Dr. Yoo was very rude, condescending, and rushed her out. She also didn’t like how he treated his staff which were the sweetest especially the front desk. Needless to say, she won’t be coming back to that office because of him!
Awesome Clinic! Very friendly staff and awesome dental team. Very informative doctors as well.
The receptionists were great but the dentist told me he didn’t have enough time to see me after traveling 3 hours round trip. What a waste of time and gas money besides being disrespected to a tribal elder and veteran.
Receptionist doesn't bring a "welcoming" environment 9/10 times. They gossip about their patients. Half the time pharmacy is the same way too, makes it difficult to Want to get the help we Need as patients. And the doctor I was seeing in a nut shell told me unless I'm disabled or dying I'm wasting their time. I felt bullied into a physical, like my concerns about my own body Didn't Matter until they saw my vaginal health, mind blown.
Beyond disrespectful receptionists cannot put ego aside to assist people let alone do their job very unprofessional
