Do not under any circumstance use Chehalis family dental. They just called me and said I owed $792 for the work I had done in february. They're saying the insurance didn't cover it. They're saying they coded it wrong and now the insurance won't pay. They also used white filling on back teeth, which I have no control over, and insurance won't cover that either.
Dr. Cho and his staff are simply amazing! Like most people, growing up I dreaded going to the dentist because it was never a pleasant experience. However, going to Chehalis Family Dental almost seems like a social event. The staff are very friendly and hospitable. Even though you initially feel vulnerable sitting in a dental chair, Dr. Cho's calm and friendly demeanor puts you right at ease. Everyone there cares & Dr. Cho does an excellent job. They got me in the office the same day that I called when I was in Severe pain & Doc helped me. This I appreciate very much. Also, Dr. Cho is a very generous person because he did not charge me for that particular office visit that day. Thank you, Doc
