I’ve lived down the street for seven years and never checked this spot out. I’m glad I did today. Prices are cheaper than Whole Foods and I found a lot of oils for hair strengthening, castor oil, etc that I was needing for a good price. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ll be frequenting this spot more often now that I’m aware of how neat and fully stocked the store is.

My favorite place to shop! It's like I'm back at my cozy hometown grocery store with REAL food, much sourced locally. Small business, BIG value 🤩 ✅️Raw milk & cheese, bulk area, local meats, eggs & veg seasonally, natural remedies and toiletries and a ton of other items you expect to find in a grocery shop!

The store itself is good with a lot of options for vitamins and supplements. I would avoid the cafe at all costs however. Out of the five or six times I’ve tried it, the cafe workers always avoid coming to the cashier and stare at me from the kitchen even if there aren’t any customers around. It’s weird. They clearly don’t want to be there much less take your order. It also takes an insane amount of time for them to make even a basic smoothie, much less a salad or sandwich.
