I ordered an “in stock” item. It took months before the item shipped. I will never use this place again.
I placed an order on 2/8 and only recieved a order confirmation. When I look up the order it says shipped with no tracking it’s been 10 days. I wish I read the reviews and seen other people’s feedback. I was charged but I don’t have the kitchen knife. I don’t recommend this company they may have cheaper prices but terrible customer service no one answers the phone and they have limited hours.

Beware!! Do not buy from this shady company. They will charge your card right away and not ship the item. Use wayfair, or overstock not this scam incompetent company. Customer service is so bad they don’t answer the phone they just send you to a voicemail.
I normally do not write reviews; but the third party information [e.g. Yelp] on this company does not accurately represent what this company is like to deal with in my opinion. As a few others have noted I also placed a couple calls to their customer service and did not get an immediate response.
