I had a wonderful experience working with Val at Chefs NOLA for a group event. From start to finish, Val was incredibly patient and flexibile, accommodating changes and ensuring everything came together seamlessly. The food was delicious, well-presented, and a big hit with my guests. Val's professionalism and attention to detail really stood out and she made the entire process stress-free. I would absolutely work with Chefs NOLA again and highly recommend her for any event!
I use the seasonings for everything! I love the NOLA for roast, stew and things like that. I’ve used the Southwest seasoning for tacos and fajitas so far. I used the Italian for chicken and red gravy. My son baked some homemade bread with the Italian seasoning and it was delicious!! These seasonings have all the flavor without the salt and sugar. Chef Val is awesome!! Her catered events are awesome as well! Love those because I don’t have to cook.

Chefs NOLA is the only seasoning blend I use now! Being able to cut out the sugar and salt but not lose the flavor in my food has been lifechanging! Chef Val is also so amazing and patient and was willing to answer any and all questions! Chefs also was able to make these amazing snack boxes for Mardi Gras that took all the headaches away from trying to worry about snacks. Cannot recommend them enough!
