We always stay at the Lodgings at Pioneer Lane and we always eat our breakfasts at Chefs Hat. Their scrambles are awesome and the atmosphere is so homey and quaint. I love Chefs Hat!
Two meals. Breakfast: scone was too fatty for me. Dinner was wonderful, vegetable penne. Vegetables seemed to have been cooked at different times for perfection for each one. Even just warmed tomato slices! The Alfredo sauce made me want to lick my plate at the end. Remarkable achievement. Cherry pie was also too fatty for me.
I had the smoked brisket sandwich and my wife had the blackened Auhi tuna. Both were excellent and staff was great. Just what we needed.
We spent this past Labor Day weekend in Ephriam and had the pleasure of eating breakfast here. The wait staff was very helpful in making sure we, my fiancé and 3 large dogs had a place to sit. The food was fantastic and the owner and staff were wonderful, thank you.

One of the great finds in Ephraim. Extensive breakfast menu and warm service. Also has a very creative dinner menu. Don't miss this gem if you're in Door County!
Try the Asparagus Quesadilla or the Gorgonzola Roast Beef!
This place is worth the stop, great food and staff. I go to Door County quite a bit and will stop here again.
