Chef Alexandra was initially super responsive when we were planning an event for a birthday party. She was flexible and created a menu and we had solidfied all the details. A week before she stopped responding via email, text and phone. It was incredibly unprofessional and left us scrambling to get catering together in time.
We hired Chef Alex to cater our company holiday party. She was amazing and easy to work with in creating the menu, especially with our pickiness about leaving out certain ingredients and putting things 'on the side'. She also made a last-minute venue change (due to weather) come off successfully. Everyone loved the food and we will look to use her again in the future.
Alex is a wonderful chef who is able to do anything from meal prepping each week to catering a birthday party! Her food and creativity is great and is very easy to work with as well!

I hired Chef Alex for two different dinner parties and she knocked it out of the ballpark! Not only was the food fantastic but she was able to tailor the cuisine to multiple different dietary needs of the guests. A truly first class experience!
