If possible could you update your hours to reflect actual opening? I came at 440 in the afternoon and the hours on the door said you close at 430 but online it says open till 5.

I have one comment for you. I am Japanese chef and I have lived in Australia about for 17 years. The "CHEF JACKET" provided by restaurants has long sleeves and is made of very thick material, making it difficult to move around and raising our body temperature. In comparison, the ``SPRINGFIELD CHEF JACKET'' sold by Chef Works has short sleeves, thin fabric, and a front zipper, so it's very comfortable and doesn't affect our body temperature.
