Let me start by saying, I eat meat. However this has got to be the best food truck in North Alabama. I had the highly recommended Blackened Portobello Pepper Steak over Rice and the Berry Seamoss. The fried cornbread pancakes were outstanding! Just be sure to go when you aren't in a hurry. They get a line fast.
The food was amazing. I am not a full time vegetarian but i do enjoy vegetarian/vegan food periodically. I have never had better curry and enjoyed every bite over the course of like 3 meals bc the portions were huge. Hoghly reccomend.
