Tried Chef Tony's food recently at their food truck during the Elizabethtown Fair. I've been going to the fair since I was a kid, and can confidently say this is some of the best food I've ever had there. One night I was in the mood for something less heavy, and decided to try their General Tso's Brussel Sprouts. Made our 1st stop @ Chef Tony's Bistro last evening. What a nice surprise. Welcoming, helpful staff. Interesting menu items. We opted for a number of appetizers to share for our table of four: these included Mediterranean Calamari, General Tso's Brussel Sprouts, Asparagus Fries, French Onion Toast, & Petite Sirloin Skewers. In the beginning it wasn’t that great but we go for trivia and over the last 6-9 months this place has really become a gem. The food is absolutely incredible. Only complain is they should have some standard cheap domestic beer/wine and not just the springgate stuff. For a good solid dinner I can’t recommend this place enough.
