I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a catering service. I expected so much more. She was supposed to be our caterer for a birthday dinner, but she canceled TWO DAYS before the event date. TWO. Leaving us to frantically search for an alternative. No notice. No remorse. No phone call. Heartless. 0/10. Take your money elsewhere
If I could rate her service a 0 I ABSOLUTELY would. Tracy had committed to catering our birthday event a month prior and had great communication and personality. However, now two days before the event she randomly cancels! We have been unable to reach her via text, email or phone. She has not given an explanation nor returned the FULL payment she received from us for her service. If this doesn’t speak to how UNPROFESSIONAL and heartless she is then I don’t know what would.
