They provided food for the storm response team. There were hundreds of storm workers in the field all day. They served meatloaf one day and it was raw. The morning Breafest was cold, we went to Wendy's instead. The next day they had shrimp with noodles and roast beef. The roast beef was cold and the shrimp tasted bad. I would not recommend this place.
We have used Chef Scott for 2 of our daughters weddings. This past weekend we had our daughters wedding and the wedding guests were so thrilled with the food. They said it was the best wedding reception food they had ever had. They said the meat was cooked to perfection. We are so glad we have used him. Chef Scott does an amazing job.
