I have never, ever had a bad experience at Chef Santos. Staff is great and Chef Santos is the best. Have always left full and happy! My favorite place to eat in Salisbury.

We had our wedding reception dinner at Santos in September. Everyone loved the food. It was a great experience. The food was so delicious that we are coming for our 2nd Valentines celebration in a couple of weeks. This restaurant is so quaint and the service is fantastic!!

This my first time dining here and I was very impressed. The service was very attentive and the atmosphere cozy. The chef provided us all with a sampling of his cream of asparagus soup which was outstanding. I had the Pollo Pietro -- chicken stuffed with crab, with a vegetable medley and angel hair pasta in alfredo sauce. This dish was rich, the crab succulent, but the chef still managed to keep the sauce light and flavorful rather than overly heavy like most alfredo.
