AMAZING! Safari is very friendly and his food has a very authentic flavor. We had the Kenyan oxtail and the Moroccan lamb.
This was the best food and experience we have had in Durango by far! We got the falafel, oxtail curry, and chicken curry. Thank you so much and we will be back many times! So glad we found this place! Thank you Safari!
Incredible food, clearly designated vegan and vegetarian items with a few entrees and a few sides being fully vegan. Reasonable price given the complexity and quality of the dishes - expect to spend around $15-20 on an entree. The owner-operator was very nice. This is an outdoor food truck/trailer kind of thing, so only a few outside tables for dining in. Recommended Items: Coconut Curry Tofu Ethiopian Spiced Vegetable Curry Couscous All items listed are fully vegan, none are spicy.
Best food truck in Durango! Authentic African cuisine that’s oh so good. Chef Safari is awesome. Try everything, especially the sauces. The chicken kebab and dirty rice is my favorite, but you can’t go wrong.
