Absolutely Disrespectful and Unprofessional Business!! Would have given 0 stars if I could! I would give 0 stars for customer service if I could. I ordered polycarbonate moulds which turned out to be the incorrect size (my fault). The shipping on 2 molds was $14.41 to Indiana. I checked everywhere before and after ordering and found no return policies. After receiving the moulds and emailing about a return (twice) I got a message stating a 25% restocking fee and I would have to pay return shipping. Working with Chef Rubber more then 10 years now. My last batch of prints has gotten a little problem while in transit. Steven took care after everything and I’m very thankful for their service. Wonderful people to work with!
