We chose Gabe to host our daughter's first birthday party with a delicious catered lunch spread. He was so considerate and thoughtful with the menu, the setup, the vegetarian meal alternatives, he was able to get us halal meat and was so pleasant to work with! He even made a custom cake with my daughter's photo on it. It was the talk of the party and helped me be present with my daughter on her birthday. Thank you Gabe!

The food chef Gabe prepares is always amazing and makes me wish I could have him prepare food for me every day! The Moroccan chicken is amazing. Gabe is super friendly and always professional. If you get an opportunity to enjoy his food, take it!
Chef Gabe provided not only an incredible meal for our family, but an unforgettable experience. The ease at which he executed the set up, teaching, and cooking of the meal was inspiring. His demeanor, patience, humor, and genuineness was a joy to be around. His interaction with our kids was beautiful. We are so thankful to have had this experience and highly recommend to anyone considering!
Many thanks to Chef Mensah who whipped up a huge spread with a smile on his face the whole time! His food looks great and is both delicious and nutritious. There were options for vegetarian, gluten free, and carnivore diets. I am lucky to be able to enjoy most foods, so I tasted everything. Yum!
