Being from NC we don’t have food cooked like this these people Know what they Are Doing .this was my 2nd time going there and yes there will be A 3rd these people Love introducing we the UN cultured to their style of food Both times it’s been more than l could eat.
I haven’t been in years, but after walking in today I was pleased. They’ve renovated the place and obviously the staff as well. I enjoyed seeing a new look & a bar. I’ll definitely be back again.

The appetizer bbq wings are my favorite. My second fav is that dog on house salad! The food is also well presented. Will definitely be returning!
Not only do they have great food, their service is exceptionally good & the whole staff is very friendly.
Two words that could sum up my experience ... Have mercy! Had a small bowl of gumbo and a small bowl of dirty rice, and both were fantastic! It was the kind of food you didn't want to rush and eat it. You wanted to savor each and every bite and get the full enjoyment out of it. And I can't leave out the service. Trish made me feel right at home! If I'm ever back in Shreveport, it will be hard to keep me away from this place!
