I’m starting 2024 right with nutritious meal plans by Chef LaLa. I’m in in 50’s and I need more energy by eating the right foods which I don’t always do on my own. This is part of my plan to be a mindful eater and choose meals that have all the five food groups but also vitamins and minerals that I’m lacking.
The absolute best prepared meal program I've ever tried, and I've tried them all. Much better tasting and more customizable than companies who ship all over the country. If you're in the delivery area, it's a no-brainer.
