Chef Nourish is a godsend! Since my husband Jack has been in and out of the hospital for heart issues, I have little to no time to cook for him and always run out of ideas what to prepare. Hands down the best food prep service in LA. Chef Lala has changed my life. Her food is fresh, nutritional, with an excellent variety of cuisines and flavors, and service is personalized.
