We cannot recommend Chef Mike's enough! From the moment we reached out for questions, to the wedding day when everything was set up and perfectly set for our intimate ceremony and reception, they went above and beyond to make sure everything we wanted was perfect! Also, 10000/10 would order the caramel rolls again. And a hot chocolate bar in January?! Absolutely perfect for us and our guests!
Would definitely recommend Chef Mike’s Catering to anyone in the area!! They served for our wedding (200 Guest Count) in January and did a fantastic job. They were professional, friendly, and the food was fabulous! Lots of compliments…we were very pleased!
We cannot say night amazing things about Chef Mikes catering! From inquiry to final booking and day of delivery they were so organized, friendly and helpful. The food was AMAZING and even now the guests of our wedding are ranting and raving about how del ious the food was. Highly recommend them!
CMC did our wedding of 85 people. Good food, and the biggest thing, easy to work with. They work efficiently and quietly, and were easy to book with beforehand. Organized menu selection. Would recommend to anyone because of their attention to organization and efficiency.
Chef Mike and his team crafted an exceptional dining experience for our daughter’s wedding in the Brainerd Lakes area this past August. With most of our family and friends visiting from out of state, we wanted to offer a taste of Minnesota, featuring local favorites like walleye and wild rice. Initially, we were unsure about serving fish at a buffet for such a large gathering, but Chef Mike suggested a Walleye Fish Fry Station to ensure every guest enjoyed perfectly cooked, fresh walleye.
