Chef Mike and his team are simply put, the premier catering service in the Brainerd Lakes area! Him and his team were so thoughtful and considerate to all of our wedding catering requests, making the process extremely streamlined and collaborative. He catered both our welcome party and wedding, and spent hours on the phone with us beforehand to ensure we felt heard and that our vision was fully understood. Chef Mike and the 2 delicious meals that we had catered for our family reunion were beyond our expectations! I really appreciated how Chef Mike listened to our needs to help us create two perfect meal options to meet the needs of our large, multi-generational family. Chef Mike’s Catering did a phenomenal job at our wedding. We had bbq ribs, cheesy potatoes, and Oreo salad- they were all amazing! We got comments like, “I’ve been to a lot of weddings, and this is the best food I’ve ever had at a wedding,” and so many more positive comments. All of their staff were very friendly and attentive. We would highly recommend Mike and his staff!
