Posted this on my timeline, but I wanted to share it with everyone else. Love this group. Whenever I have a group in, I order from Chef Mario's. No one else beats their quality and selection. I don't order from anyone else. Yesterday, I had a group of 15 in and I ordered the Citrus & Herb Roasted Salmon and the Apple, Bacon, and Cheddar Stuffed Chicken. So good. Guests were amazed at the taste.
Chef Mario and his team are truly fantastic! Great food, great customer service, and exceptional people. I have worked with Chef Mario and Holly Hopkins for the past few years on several events with the Food Bank of Central & Eastern NC, I can honestly say they are the easiest vendors I’ve ever worked with. Chef Mario's provided catering for our Women's Power Networking event and it was wonderful! Thank you Darcy, Chef, and all who helped - the people are great, the food was perfect and delicious, and it made our event. We had the BLT Flapjacks, and three of the savory cheesecakes - yum!
