I cannot say enough about the wonderful meals prepared for our family for both Christmas Eve and Christmas morning by Chef Joann and her staff. Every aspect, from initial contact, phone and email discussions and finalizing our menus, to the WONDERFUL food provided, was just perfect. What an incredible experience. I love the food and the team. The service is incredible. They take care of everything. It is so nice to be able to trust them with food, decorations and service. They have helped me with multiple events now and I would not want to use anyone else.
Chef Joann and her team are the BEST! We hired her for my husband's 50th birthday party and everything was incredible! We were looking for something special, and she was very good at coming up with dishes that perfectly tied into my husband's heritage. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. I recently had the pleasure of attending an event catered by Chef Joann at the Hangars by Crown Air Aviation, and was so incredibly impressed by their style, refinement, and FLAVOR. Things look good, and they taste even better! We had caviar and frites, perfectly crisp, and from the steak to the vegetarian options, everythign was clean, bright, modern and incredibly delicious. If there were ten stars, I'd give ten out of ten!
We hired Chef Joan & Co. for my wife’s birthday party. What a truly wonderful job they did! We could not have been more pleased. The meal that was served to our 40 guests, including passed appetizers and dessert, was delicious and beautifully presented. Their staff was punctual, professional and extremely personable. We would whole-heartedly recommend them for any event you might be planning.
