I reached out to a few different private/personal chefs all at once. Hands down, Chef Joann's team was the most responsive and personal (while still being incredibly professional). I booked Chef Joann & Co for my intimate wedding (10 guests total) and from the beginning, Chef and I got along and she saw my vision and delivered an incredible experience. Everyone was blown away by the food - from the steak frites to the acorn squash soup to the fish and prime rib and the desserts - everything was delicious and I heard rave reviews the entire time. Chef Joann & Co. are truly special. Spectacular, imaginative and delicious food creations that define the personality of the evening. She and her immensely talented colleagues understand food, people and what brings the most out in events. Our chef and support for the evening were perfectly involved in conversation about the food and wine pairings, and really engaged. Chef Joann has a fabulous group that she works with and we have had 3 amazing events with them so far and plan to have more!
