I hired Chef Dejoie for my company Christmas party. They arrived at the time they promised. Everything was Covid friendly. I didn’t have to worry about sanitizing or cleaning up food. All of my employees were very satisfied with the proportions of food that was served. All of the food was tasty. We were very excited that we chose to go with this food truck opposed to a buffet style lunch to keep everyone safe during these uncertain times. Thank you Chef Dejoie for making our party such a wonderful event.
Encountered this food service at a concert. The wait in line was 2+ hours partially because they were making food to order instead of prepping ahead of time to expedite their line AND because they were selling food from the back and side of the food truck. I am a fan of food trucks but this was awful. The venue had about 7 trucks and all of the lines were long so it made no sense to get out of line.
