Chef Dan provided a fantastic at-home cooking class for a fun family celebration. His communication was great, very response and clear. His teaching was thorough and fun. The food he made was delicious and helped us learn different techniques as well as how to use different types of vegetables in dishes. I highly recommend Chef Dan!

Our entire experience with Chef Dan Chase was absolutely top-notch. Communication was excellent from the beginning both about scheduling and about the menu. He prepared a seasonal Middle Eastern inspired vegan meal for nine of us, and every dish was delicious. The guest of honor was especially pleased with the olive tapenade, and the omnivorous guests were as satisfied as the vegan ones. The amount of food was generous and the price very reasonable.
Dan catered a family celebration for us. The food was fabulous, exactly what we wanted. It was all so healthy, flavorful and beautifully presented. Can’t wait for the next family milestone so we can have another meal prepared by Chef Dan.
