This was a 10/10 experience! Chef Derek and Servers Jacob & Josephine cooked and serviced our family style Mexican dinner for 22. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was as well. We were all blown away. They paid close attention and accommodated food restrictions and allergies. We were thrilled and it was money well spent. Chef Crusco delivered an incredible 7 course dinner for a special event for us. The communication and planning leading up to the event was easy and organized. He helped guide the menu to incorporate favorites with a amazing flair. We wanted a wine pairing and he helping arrange a sommelier. The dinner could not have been more perfect. What an experience! If you're looking for something special to do for a small group or family meal, and you truly appreciate food and the culinary arts, then I would highly recommend you consider hiring Chef Crusco to come do a dinner at your home. We had him provide us a 6-course meal for my friend's birthday. The food was impeccable and they left the kitchen spotless.
Our group of eight had such a great time learning four different recipes led by Chef Carlos. Each one was prepped, cooked, plated and served to us by our team. Small groups of two created one of the four courses. It was fabulous, and so much fun. The food was unbelievably good and we left with the knowledge to make them all and the recipes! Chef Derek, Joanne, and Josephine were outstanding—attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming.
