I went to Parish last night with my friends who live in Monroe, and I had the Sablefish with the forbidden rice, bok choy, & miso sauce with ginger. It was delicious beyond words! I learned that Sablefish is somewhat like black cod, but I liked it even better than cod I've had, and I love cod. I don't know how a better dining experience could be possible. It was my second time at Parish. The first time was outstanding, and last evening was phenomenal! The crawfish pies were amazing too!
Our favorite, excellent and consistent.
