Unfortunately I can't give anything below 1 star. Just as the others who posted, I purchased a brand new refrigerator/freezer combo from Chef AAA and it stop working in a few weeks. Requested refund through PayPal but was denied due to "item not as described" doesn't fit my dilemma. Additionally beware if you are purchasing anything for your home it will NOT be covered under warranty. I was never informed of this nor is this information NOT listed anywhere on their website. I purchased a brand new beverage cooler from Chef AAA and it will not cool, the compressor is bad and they will do absolutely nothing about it. This is a terrible company that will not stand behind its products. Do not buy anything from them.
Worst service ever. Been waiting for 2 weeks for them to fix a cooler that was delivered damaged. Just told me they would let me know what they are going to do to fix it on 9/1...3 WEEKS away. Absolute dog shit of a company.
I have been trying to get a refund for a freezer I never received since last June. Every time I call, a very nice young woman takes my phone number and someone is supposed to call back. No one ever does.
As others have said these guys are not professional - dodge calls and do not return the ones that got through! Sold me a combo fridge that does not work - promised a new one and never showed - demanded a refund and will not return calls- will be filing better business claim as well as small claims lawsuit if not resolved within the next week. I have been in the restaurant business for years and would strongly say do not buy anything from these guys Would rate zero if possible Joseph Marcus
These guys do not return calls - sent me a frig and it was damaged -sent a second frig and does not work - waiting almost two months and they will not resolve the issue. Do not do business with them they are not professional and do not respond. As a veteran of the Food and Beverage world for 25 plus years, I would never do business with them again. TL;DR: Chef AAA sold me a defective unit and and dodged my requests to return or replace it. I bought a refrigerator-freezer combo unit from Chef AAA to use in my commercial kitchen. Once we started using it, we noticed that there was water pooling in the refrigerator section and a huge amount of ice forming in the freezer. We didn't know why this was happening so we reached back out to Chef AAA for support.
