Cheetah Electric was more than willing to help us out in our rural community. Garrett was very professional and polite. Brandon was knowledgeable and friendly. All staff were friendly and helpful. We have an older home, had an old electric panel that was 32 years old. We were updated by the dedicated electricians with new panel to be compliant with current codes. I recently had a long list of electrical work I wanted done on my 1959 home. Given our recent experience, I can't believe that we are the only ones who have had a negative experience with this aptly named business. We bought a new house and got several coupons for electric service. We are installing a hot tub and needed a different outlet installed. The first red flag was when they said they would charge $89 to come do an estimate but if we got the work done by them they would refund that amount.
