“Be warned! Took my 2013 Lincoln Navigator to Cheetah Car Wash in Gallatin. Came home to find my taillight missing. They handed it back to me, filed a claim, then later denied it — saying it was ‘faulty’ and that they don’t cover cars over 10 years old. Now I’m out $250 for repairs. Be warned.”

I live in a bird sanctuary, so you can imagine how dirty my white Rav4 frequently is. It was the end of the day Monday when I pulled in for my wash. Frank and Cameron looked exhausted but cheerful. Summoning their last bit of strength and energy, they cheerfully set to work, scrubbing the splots and splashes, and then sending me through. Perfecto! What great employees! What a great auto wash is Chetah Clean!

They scratched the top of my 2014 $26,000 dodge challenger. The manager and myself went in the office to look at the video tapes of where I came in to make sure that it was NOT like that when I drove into the carwash. The sun was glaring in the office on the security monitor so we tried to close the blinds so we could see it better but the blinds were broke and would NOT close. I had to leave before I went to jail I was so pissed.
