I have been using the touchless tunnel on Campbell lane and love the service that I get there. Aaron always greets me with a friendly smile and is very personable. He makes sure my car is pretreated and gets a good wash. He always comes over while I am vacuuming and asks if the was was good or if there was anything they could have done better. This young man is a gem! I hope Cheetah values the job that he does for them. They will keep my business as long as Aaron is there making sure things are done right!

I went through the touchless yesterday (Bakersfields) and Jeffrey and Savannah came in clutch. Savannah Applied my sticker that I’ve had for some time and even gave me Goo Gone and a plastic razor to remove the old sticker remnants. Jeffrey came over as I was vacuuming and offered me lavender air fresheners to put under my floor mats. Love the lavender by the way!!!! Customer service goes a long way!!!

Love this place I come here because the touchless wash. I wanna give a shout out to Walter he went above and beyond when washing my car he was very attentive and very respectful and professional loved his attitude and his passion.
