As a small business owner, I signed up for an annual membership with Cheetah Car Wash and paid thousands of dollars up front. Their staff failed to properly update my vehicles’ license plates in their system (temporary vs. permanent), which caused duplicate entries. Instead of fixing their own mistakes, they accused me of switching plates – which is completely false and insulting.
