Was a member for 5 years with the top wash level with only a few issues typical things (not getting all the soap off biggest complaint was it NEVER cleaned the back glass all the way , had a hose bust and cover truck one time but all was resolved until recently. Since my vehicle is taller the scanner would not read my license plate or the window tag, the manager on 54 just told me to scan my sticker on the barcode reader when i pull up and that worked for over a year, until the ne manager on Frederica saw me do that and yank... read more
