I have been trying to receive a reimbursement from the Take 5 location on Capital Blvd in Raleigh, NC unsuccessfully. I've sent 2 emails to Wes, the service manager and enclosed the rental car invoice. We took my son's car in for an oil change and they cracked the oil pan and had to be towed to a Chevy dealership for repair which I paid half the repair. They told me to go across the street and get a rental car and that Take 5 would paid for the rental, which hasn't happened yet and it's been over 6 months. They clearly do no... read more
RecommendedIt is a very good place!! Fast service and quick and easy
RecommendedThe guys at the Take 5 at Beltine & Preston were very friendly, helpful and thorough. I would recommend their service. My only complaint is that it took longer than I was expecting. It was a busy time, and maybe there needed to be more staff on duty. It certainly wasn't 5 minutes - more like 45.
