RecommendedI've had my membership here for well over a year, and it's the cheapest and best wash in town. As a commercial driver this is the best way to save money on detailing, wash, wax, and shine - very friendly staff and always a lovely experience. 5/5 stars for these folks. Save yourself the change and just get the automatic renewing membership for each time you go through if you want your car to stay beautiful year round in Colorado Springs!!
don't try to fraudulently charge my card.
It looks no different than when I pulled in there parking lot.. I can literally wipe it off with a rag... something ain’t right! When I asked to correct it they said that would be $3!
Place is closed but still charging monthly memberships??? Ridiculous
RecommendedThat they charge us half because we can only use half of the facility. I'm a monthly member and I feel like I'm being taken for. I understand the virus and all but I lost my job to that same virus.

This for the South OGDEN location. They have been billing me for monthly wash service for 6 months on a credit card I canceled because of this charge in November. Every month I receive from their GM the same message. His voice mail is full, he will not answer his cell and he has made one reply to my monthly emails about this issue. The wash is not nearly what is was when it opened, air dry is weak, vacuums are terrible.
RecommendedThe customer service has always been excellent. If I've had a concern they took care of it.
