I love this apartment so much I have lived here twice. I am a traveling nurse and always link up with RoundHill when I am back in town. The staff over there is really nice and on top of anything you need done. Plus they have cool cats and dogs hanging out at the office. Cheeseman is located right in the heart of everything you’d want to do in Cap Hill. It’s close to a lot of live music and restaurants like City O City and Jelly Cafe. Neat little apartments for more budget-minded transplants. Moved here with my partner and stayed just over a year. One of the more affordable options in the area, close to downtown and in a cute neighborhood. Close to Colfax which can cause some minor disturbances and parking is pretty terrible since there’s no assigned/designated parking, but it’s reflected in the rent price. I lived here for about a year and a half and would probably have stayed here longer if I didn’t move to a different city. For the price, you’re not going to find anything as nice as this building/leasing company. Rent was around $1100 a month for a one bedroom which is pretty low as far as Denver goes these days. Pets are very welcome, a policy that we took full advantage of. The building has lots of historic charm including wood floors and lovely stair rails that seem to be original.
