We love the cheesesteak factory. They have great food other than the March Special which is a brisket sandwich with a side of Mac n cheese. The brisket sandwich I ordered was a waste of money. Every piece of meat on the sandwich was all fat. When I sent the sandwich back (the only time I’ve ever sent something back) the cook didn’t seem to believe me that it was all fat. He went and made me a “new sandwich” and was going to trim the fat first. The new sandwich came out with only 2 slices of meat trimmed of fat. The Mac and c... read more
