Surprisingly, the best fish of the day I have had in Hawaii (blackened Mahi mahi) and the cheapest restaurant in this touristic street.
Ask for the silver haired, best & friendliest waitress ever, Chris , to really make your meal special!
Ask horse the hostess named Marlene to seat you, she's super sweet!

lunch protip: the burgers are not that awesome here. go to Sure Thing burger in the little mall across the st and get A+ takeout burgers and eat them on the beach behind cheeseburger in paradise
