Three of my friends and I went to cheese importers for lunch yesterday. The food was absolutely amazing! We spent a lot of time in the gift shop, lots of pretty items. I am going back today to experience the Cheese room. Cannot wait.

I had heard of Cheese Importers in Longmont and have enjoyed their cheeses at my sister-in-law's but had never visited the shop/bistro until this morning. Wow! I feel like I have been transported to the south of France. Fabulous food (quiche, pastries, coffee and much more), delightful atmosphere (on the airy patio, in the cozy bistro area, the fabulous bar and also upstairs) as well as, a plethora of imported goods and food items. And then there is the actual cheese shop!
