I have always loved the energy of this place since the moment I walked in 3 years ago. The staff is always friendly, and always willing to lend an ear when you need someone to talk to. For many people this place has changed their lives for the better one shake at a time.
I love this place! Everyone is so nice, & get you excited to start a healthy lifestyle. I recommend it to everyone. I drive all the way Rita Ranch area just to get here
