Whoever is on the phone at the front desk is extremely unprofessional and rude. We had to cancel our visit due to weather (it had been storming all day). And uncompassion, rude, and hatefulness was her response. She advised us she would still charge the card for each individual person full price. We had to cancel due to weather and our safety of being in a storm on the ocean- something beyond our control. We had such an unbelievable time on Cheers! I highly recommend it. Nic, the first mate and Captain Bill were fantastic. Dolphins everywhere!
I loved our sailing adventure with Captain Bill and mate Nic! They were so friendly and Nic gave us a rundown on all the local sights. We saw dolphin and topped the night off with a fireworks show. Loved our time on Cheers!
