This great little neighborhood restaurant is a favorite amongst people all over the city. The fun, colorful decor is a great reflection of the fun, lighthearted and soulful food found on the menu. Southern and Cajun specialties dominate with dishes like fried crawfish tails and their Pasta Orleans with creole sauce. Apart from the Big Easy themed dishes there are favorites like giant salads, Cheer's Chili Pie, scallops and a great selection of sandwiches from Po' Boys to their classic Reuben and burgers.

Bugs, Bitches, and Barf – If you want gnats and flies in your food, eat at Cheers. Then of course, if you dine OUTSIDE you;ll get mosquitos and carbon monoxide poisoning from all the cars driving by. The only good thing about eating outside was that I could blast a noxous fart and blame some idiot and tell my rent-a-date that the wind blew it in our direction.
